Motor Lublin has parted ways with coach Mateusz Stolarski, who led the team since March 18, 2024. The decision to end the cooperation with the coach was made by the club's owner, Zbigniew Jakubas. Stolarski promoted Motor to Ekstraklasa and maintained the team at the highest level of competition in Poland for two seasons. His record includes 30 wins, 24 draws, and 28 losses. The new coach of Motor Lublin is Mariusz Misiura, who had just decided to leave Wisła Płock. Misiura signed a contract with Motor until June 30, 2029. He was presented as the new coach of the team on Thursday afternoon. Misiura had received an offer to extend his contract with Wisła Płock a few months ago, but ultimately no signatures were made, as the club changed the previously agreed terms. As a result, the coach decided to leave. However, he will have to pay several hundred thousand zlotys in compensation. From the 2026/27 season, he will be the coach of Motor. Misiura has extensive coaching experience, which he gained by leading various teams in Poland. His experience and skills are expected to help Motor Lublin achieve success in the future.
