Motor Lublin feels hard done by after their loss to Jagiellonia Białystok. Despite the 1:2 defeat, the Lublin side believes they deserved better. Mateusz Łęgowski, the new midfielder, played in front of a home crowd for the first time, with a full house of 15,200 fans in attendance.

Łęgowski admitted that while the result wasn’t in Motor’s favor, they had their chances. "Of course, it could have been better. The crowd was amazing, we felt their support. It’s a shame we didn’t capitalize on our opportunities. The second half was better, we improved our pressing" – he said. The decisive moment came late when, after equalizing to 1:1, Motor quickly conceded a second goal. Łęgowski feels the referee could have stopped play when one of his teammates was down. "It’s a shame about the second goal, we didn’t deserve to lose" – he added.

The Motor player also mentioned the absence of Ivo Rodrigues, whose presence could have changed the game. "Ivo is a big plus in attack, he makes a difference. It’s a shame he wasn’t there" – said Łęgowski.
