Łabojko points out that the team didn't calculate, went to the end and because of that, the stadium was often full. Now we've lost the DNA of Motor. The more we calculated, the more we gave up the field to our opponents. The goal for the training camp in Turkey is to improve the attack and play more passes behind the defense line. The numbers showed that this was the biggest problem in the fall. And as Łabojko says, it's worth conceding more goals, but also winning more games. Losing three times maybe and those 0:4, but also winning three more games instead of drawing them. That's a big difference in points. If we had turned three draws into three wins, we would have six more points and would have finished the round in sixth place. But Łabojko is an optimist and believes that the team can improve.
