Motor Lublin will face a Radomiak Radom side that has just bolstered its coaching staff ahead of their upcoming match. The Radom-based club have officially appointed Adam Sadler as assistant to new head coach John Carver.

Sadler, a 46-year-old Englishman, joined Leicester City in 2014 as a tactical analyst. He was part of the backroom staff that won the Premier League in the 2015/16 season, as well as the FA Cup and Community Shield. He also worked at Celtic Glasgow and with the Northern Ireland national team setup, twice serving as interim head coach at Leicester.

New coaching duo

Radomiak's head coach since 29 September is John Carver, also 46. Carver, who also has analyst experience from the title-winning Leicester side, previously worked with Lechia Gdańsk. His first assistant is now Adam Sadler, completing the club's new coaching team.

Context for Motor

For Motor Lublin, sitting 16th in the Ekstraklasa with just six points from nine games, this means facing a refreshed opponent. Radomiak are slightly higher in 14th place, holding a two-point cushion above the relegation zone. The direct clash after the international break, away on 12 October, will be key for both teams in the battle to avoid the drop. Their last meeting ended in a 1-1 draw.
